Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Baotailing Capsules combined with dindroprogesterone on endometrial receptivity (ER) in early pregnancy patients, and to analyze its improvement of hemodynamic parameters based on color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) quantitative parameters. Methods 86 cases of threatened abortion (TA) and recurrent abortion (RA) patients admitted to Qinyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (taking Baotailing Capsules+diethylprogesterone, 43 cases) and the control group (taking diethylprogesterone alone, 43 cases) using the random number table method. The CDFI quantitative parameters [endometrial thickness, Salle score, uterine spiral artery pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) and peak systolic velocity (PSV)] were compared between the two groups before treatment, at 4 weeks of treatment and at 8 weeks of treatment. And the levels of serum progesterone (P), β -human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the pregnancy outcomes (continuous pregnancy rate) of the two groups were compared after 8 weeks of treatment. Patients were followed up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. Results At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, the endometrial thickness, Salle score, PI, RI, and PSV of the patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (all P<0.05). The improvement in endometrial thickness, the proportion of patients with Salle score ≥3 points, PI, RI, and PSV within 8 weeks of treatment was significantly better in the observation group compared to the control group (all P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum P, β-hCG and VEGF in the observation group, as well as the rate of continuous pregnancy, were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Baotailing Capsules combined with desprogesterone can effectively improve endometrial blood flow perfusion in early pregnancy patients and optimize ER. The quantitative parameters of CDFI can be used as non-invasive and objective indicators for evaluating ER and the efficacy of the combined treatment, and have practical value in the gynecological pregnancy preservation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine at the grassroots level.
