Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of structured behavioral function intervention combined with remote behavioral monitoring in patients with newly diagnosed acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Seventy patients with newly diagnosed ACI admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2021 to August 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive intervention, while the intervention group implemented structured behavioral function intervention combined with remote behavioral monitoring on the basis of the control group. Comparisons were made between the two groups regarding neurological deficit severity, activities of daily living, quality of life, and complications, both before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the neurological disability score (NDS) of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the activities of daily living (ADL) score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the stroke-specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). During the intervention process, the incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The structured behavioral function intervention combined with remote behavioral monitoring can promote neural function remodeling after brain injury in patients with newly diagnosed ACI through behavioral activation and staged rehabilitation training, improve daily living ability and quality of life, and significantly reduce the risk of complications.
