Abstract:Objective To assess the application effect of full perspective risk pre-control intervention on patients with valvular heart disease (VHD). Methods A total of 72 patients scheduled for cardiac valve surgery admitted to The Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from December 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled. Using a random number table method, they were divided into a conventional group (receiving standard perioperative care, n=36) and an intervention group (receiving full perspective risk pre-control intervention, n=36). The postoperative recovery, pulmonary complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The intervention group exhibited shorter hospital stays, intensive care unit (ICU) durations, and mechanical ventilation periods compared to the conventional group (all P<0.05). Following the intervention, the incidence of pulmonary complications decreased (P<0.05), while the global quality of life-organic impairment 74 scores and nursing satisfaction increased in the intervention group compared to the conventional group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of full perspective risk pre-control intervention program in patients with VHD can not only effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, promote rehabilitation, but also improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
