Based on the definition of closed-loop management of medical equipment purchase, this paper expounded the importance of closed-loop management in the equipment purchasing process. Through the detailed description of the several important steps in the purchase, it analyzed the implementation process and requirements of each step and summarized the problems in each process. Finally, the closed-loop management is achieved. Zero complaints and zero errors are realized, which further improves the purchasing efficiency and promotes the whole process management function in the department through the closed-loop management of medical equipment purchase. By summarizing the existing problems and suggestions of improvement in every link of the work, we further realized the institutionalization, standardization, fine management. The methods in the paper would avoid the risks in the purchase and greatly enhance the function of the department to ensure the rational and effective use of hospital funds.
