    目的 探究聚乙二醇包裹纳米金粒子(PEGlatedAuNPs)作为新型 CT 造影剂的可行性。方法 将 7 个不同浓度 的 PEGlatedAuNPs 与非离子型碘造影剂碘普罗胺(Iopromide)进行体外 CT 扫描,比较衰减系数和成像能力;通过皮下注入 和静脉注射方式进行动物体内 CT 的扫描,评估体内各脏器的强化特点。结果 相同浓度的 PEGlatedAuNPs 较 Iopromide 衰 减系数高,且随着浓度的增加两者 CT 值差异越来越大;在皮下形态稳定,能长时间停留而不易被吸收;在 SD 大鼠体内相容 性较好;在体内循环时间长,主要经肝脏代谢。结论 PEGlatedAuNPs 是一种理想的 CT 分子显像造影剂。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the feasibility of polyethylene glycol-coated gold-nanoparticles (PEGlatedAuNPs) as a new CT contrast agent. Methods In vitro CT scanning was performed on seven different concentrations of PEGelatedAuNPs and non-ionic iodine contrast agent iopromide, and the attenuation coefficient and imaging ability were compared. In vivo CT scanning was also performed after the animals were subcutaneously injected and intravenous injected with PEGelatedAuNPs and non-ionic iodine contrast agent iopromide to evaluate the enhancement characteristics of various organs in vivo. Results The attenuation coefficient of PEGelatedAuNPs was higher than that of iopromide when the agents were at the same concentration. In addition, the difference of CT values between PEGelatedAuNPs and iopromide increased with the increase of the agent concentration. The PEGelatedAuNPs is stable under the skin and can stay for a long time without being easily absorbed. The PEGelatedAuNPs has good biocompatibility in SD rats, possesses a long circulation time in the body and is mainly metabolized by the liver. Conclusion PEGlatedAuNPs is an ideal CT molecular imaging contrast agent.
